Chirac is the second of our feline friends and he is complicated. After a tumultuous childhood and some teenage acting out he has developed into a fairly well adjusted, if slightly erractic young cat. Chirac is named after one a my favourite political personalities, the former French president Jacques Chirac. Sometime I'll tell you the story about President Chirac and the press conference; it's a good one.
